Mike Ragan Home is an online retail store that brings the “best of Rags” along with items from other manufactures and Artists, personally selected to compliment the Mike Ragan Home lifestyle.

Mike Ragan created Rags, a home furnishings customhouse, to make fabulous lifestyle furniture and accessories. The beginning of Rags was when on the encouragement of his friend's, he designed western-like pillows to sell to Fred Segal. They sold out immediately and Rags was in business. The line grew with the success of the pillows to include bedding, table top, and eventually to building quality furniture.

The Mike Ragan Home style is very unique yet, always comfortable. The designs encompass opulence to simplicity, sophistication to casual, "east meets west", and urban to country for complete lifestyle looks. Mr. Ragan has a penchant for pattern mixing with an emphasis in a resort lifestyle ranging from the tropical beaches to the snowy slopes.

The foundation of Rags client base is with high quality department and specialty stores: Robb and Stucky, Carl's, and the very successful lifestyle retailer, Tommy Bahama. Catalogs such as Neiman Marcus, Gumps, Soft Surroundings, and Koo Koo Bear Kids are big promoters of Rags. Leading items have included bedding, tabletop and pillows as well as Mike Ragan’s own-patented coffee table sleeper. Design firms make up the balance of Rags customer base. Mr. Ragan has also developed a licensing program with The Rug Market and Bauer International.

The entertainment industry is a big supporter of the line with contract work produced for MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, and Flower Films. Celebrity projects have included: Drew Barrymore, Warren Beatty, Angelica Huston, Kelly Gray and Rosie O'Donnell.

Mike Ragan Home has been featured in magazines such as House Beautiful, In Style, Vogue, Coastal Living, Southern Accents, Florida Design, Better Homes and Gardens, and Elle Décor.

Mike Ragan has been a guest on HGTV's "Kitty Bartholomew's: You're Home". The first show called "The Look That Is Right For You" is a how-to on how to create design boards for your home. The other show "Ready For A Change" shows how to update the look of one room with your existing furniture and accessories, by borrowing from other rooms in the house. It also focused on Rag's slipcover changes on sofas and chairs. Mr. Ragan and his private home have been featured on "Awesome Interiors" and "Homes Across America". "Awesome Interiors" did a segment at the Rag's factory and showed Mr. Ragan creating a slipcover for one of his furniture pieces.
