Click on one of our product categories or use our search engine.
When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details.
Click on the Order button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue
shopping until you're ready to check out. Finished shopping? Simply
click on Shopping Cart and checkout.
You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online.
How
will I get an order confirmation that my order shipped? Return

We'll email you a confirmation of your order placement, including
order # and total amount to be charged. We will send a subsequent
email when we ship your products, including tracking information,
if available.

do I check on the status of my order? Return to Top
If you ordered online, please go to http://my.shopping.yahoo.com.
You will be able to see your entire Yahoo! Shopping past purchases,
including your order from Mike Ragan Home.
If you ordered in the store, or would like to speak with us directly,

How
long can I expect delivery to take? Return to Top
Most items ship within 2-3 days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays
or Sundays.
Furniture may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and can
take up to 12 weeks. Personalized items can take up to 6-8 weeks.

and Hawaii residents add $30.00 (2nd day air shipping is included
in this fee. We cannot ship ground to Alaska or Hawaii)
-Canadian residents add $10 for ground shipments and $30 for 2nd
day air shipments.
-Customers outside the US and Canada add $80.00 (2nd day air shipping
is included in this fee. We cannot ship ground to countries outside
the United States and Canada.)

For an additional $20.00 we offer 2-DAY UPS Shipping. All orders
placed before 12:00pm, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped the
same day.
Does
Mike Ragan Home ship outside the USA? Return to Top
We will ship Anywhere! Unfortunately, some oversized items cannot
be shipped outside of the Continental US, or they may require additional
freight charges. If these circumstances exist, it will be noted
on the item page.
What
are the charges in parentheses for some items? Return

The freight charge you see reflects the additional cost to ship
your oversized item. This amount is added to the regular shipping
charges, as detailed in the chart above. Due to their size and weight,
we are unable to ship some items outside the continental United
States. Smaller pieces arrive curbside via standard delivery. Our
larger furniture ships freight via Common Carrier.

do I know if my items are available or back ordered? Return

Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item that is on our website.
If you place an order for an item that we do not have in stock we'll
notify you immediately by email of the back order.
Can
I order a gift certificate online? Return to Top
Yes. Just click on the Gift Certificate and add one to your shopping
bag.
Can
I redeem a gift certificate online? Return to Top
Yes! Simply go shopping in our online store, and then use your gift
certificate code during the check out process.
How
do I place a gift order? Return to Top
You will be asked for a shipping address when you enter your order.
Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested. Don't
forget a phone number! Even if you don't wrap an item, you can include
a gift message by typing in your message in the box provided. Don't
forget to say whom the gift was from, so they know who to thank!

I have my gifts wrapped? Return to Top
For $5.00 per item, each gift will be wrapped in our signature gift
wrap. Your gift message will be included on the packing slip included
in the order.
How
do I remove items from my order? Return to Top
If your shopping bag is not checked out yet, just press the remove
button on the Shopping Cart page. Once you've checked out, we may
not be able to cancel an order. Please call us at 1.323.346.0695
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time to speak with our Customer
Service Department if there is a need to cancel.
What
tax rate are you charging me? Return to Top
If you live in, or ship your order to, the state of California,
we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data
arrives privately and securely at its destination. Mike Ragan Home
makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
When
is my credit card charged? Return to Top
Your order will appear on your credit card statement the same day
that the items ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be
charged until it ships. However, your total freight charge will
be included on the first charge.
What
is the Mike Ragan Home Return Policy? Return to Top
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let
us know within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise that is returned
in its original condition will be credited back to your credit card
immediately, HOWEVER WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS.
Please note: Any items that are customized, monogrammed or made
to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
If your merchandise arrived damaged or defective, we'll be glad
to reimburse your shipping costs.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Call Mike Ragan Home customer service Department at 1.323.346.0695
to obtain an (RMA). Online RMA Request.
2. Prepare a return shipping label for your Exchange/Return and
make sure to clearly display your name and address and the RMA number
obtained in step 1.
3. Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping
label to the outside of your package.
4. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post at the
address below.

How
long does my refund take? Return to Top
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to
two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit
cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form
of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
